Eli met Triscuit on Friday, but didn't really get any reciprocation until this morning. Triscuit is now showing a keen interest in the newest addition to our family, sniffing him when we got back from the doctor, laying next to us on the couch, and generally following us around. Like many aspects of the last week, it is a curious marriage of the undeniably cute and lingering doubt (our predatory hound did once present us with a "gift" rabbit, after all).
Also, Eli's visit to the pediatrician this morning (completely healthy) underscored how you know he is living in Wisconsin. Note the giant cow in the reception area and the cow spotted chair in the examination room.

Glad to hear that Eli is healthy and that him and Triscuit are getting along! Hopefully you and Shelby will have some time to sleep today and get a chance to watch football too!
